What Else Should YOU Expect From The Program?

  • Dramatic increase in energy - you'll sleep better and start waking naturally (then gradually before your alarm clock) 
  • Your clothes will fit a better and they'll just sit 'right' (shopping for new ones will become more fun too!)

  • You’ll workout with me, 5 times per week, (you don’t have to do 5 but you can if you want!) and the good news is they’re only 30 minutes long but will leave you feeling absolutely amazing (oh and also get you fit, healthy and feeling terrific your clothes)
  • You’ll have private coaching calls with me, weekly Group check ins, weekly Q & A’s, all to keep you focused and on track.
  • You have full access to the Members-Only accountability forum. Which, keep in mind, isn’t fancy. It’s just a private Facebook group. But I’m not interested in fancy. I’m interested in keeping you focused, holding you accountable, and providing you with ongoing motivation, support & guidance. Because that’s what will keep you consistent.
