When we cook in our household, we love to keep it easy and simple unless it’s a Sunday. It doesn’t get more simple than 5 minutes prep time and 10 minutes cook time, with only four ingredients. If you love salmon, you must give these a go. They go great with a big salad or a baked potato.

Ingredients
- Â 3 salmon fillets
- 1 small potato
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
Method
Flake the cooked salmon fillets into a bowl. Add the 2 eggs, parsley and salt and pepper. Shape into 4 burgers, dust with wholemeal flour and grill for approximately 5 minutes on each side or until piping hot.
