Description:

These brownies are gorgeous! I love home baking but I hate to see the amount of sugar poured into desserts, it puts me off before I even have a bite. So when I'm baking, I try to find recipes that are the healthier version. I hope you enjoy this recipe. Don't forget to rate it and let me know how you get on .

Ingredients:
  1. 1.5 stick butter unsalted, softened,175g
  2. â…” cup powdered sweetener
  3. 3 eggs
  4. â…“ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  5. 6 oz dark chocolate at least 85% cocoa solids, melted, 175g
  6. ¾ cup almond flour
Method:

Preheat your oven to 180 Celsius.
Melt the chocolate.
Blend the melted butter, powdered sweetener, eggs and cocoa with a blender or in a food processor.
Add the melted chocolate and almond flour and mix until you have a thick, smooth batter.
Line a rectangular baking tin with parchment paper.
Fill the batter into the dish and smoothen the top. Bake 25 minutes or until the top is firm.
Let the brownies cool before you remove them from the baking tin. They will be very soft when warm, but firm up as they cool down.
