I used to make it all the time and I love it as it is just made from oats rather than flour.
You have to be super careful when you are making breads and healthy baking that you don't end up over-eating and increasing your overall food intake, but if you can get the balance right , it can actually help you keep the junk food at bay while still feeling good in your clothes.
Preheat the oven to 190℃. Line a 2lb loaf tin with parchment paper. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into the loaf tin, smooth over the top and bake in the oven for 45-50mins, taking out of the tin and cooking on a wire rack for the last 5 minutes or so.
