Description:

A total classic and loved by members of our Tribe ever since the recipe was given to us from Deborah, who was a chef in Kai, Galway.

Really lovely recipe, easy to make and great if you are staying off regular bread... very healthy for you too. I would definitely sprinkle your favourite seeds on the top of it.

Ingredients:
  1. 400g porridge oats
  2. 500g natural yogurt
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 tsp bread soda
  5. sieved Handful of seeds (optional)
Method:

Preheat the oven to 190℃. Line a 2lb loaf tin with parchment paper. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into the loaf tin, smooth over the top and bake in the oven for 45-50mins, taking out of the tin and cooking on a wire rack for the last 5 minutes or so.
