Perfect for those evenings when you are craving something so sweet and you know you are going to do damage if you don't have something. These are healthy little treats to have on those days where you just know you are gong to have something.

Getting off the junk food is one of the best things you can do for yourself and little treats like this every so often, can really help keep you on the straight and narrow. Let me know if you enjoy them.

  • 60g chia seeds
  • 400ml unsweetened almond milk or hazelnut milk
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • cacao nibs , mixed
  • frozen berries , to serve

Put all the ingredients in a large bowl with a generous pinch of sea salt and whisk to combine. Cover with cling film then leave to thicken in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Spoon the pudding into four glasses, then top with the frozen berries and cacao nibs.
