I absolutely love routine, and I tend to eat similar things through the week. I love eggs for breakfast and I don’t think I’ll ever change that.

What I love about this recipe is that not only would it make a great breakfast for you, it makes a great healthy snack too.

In terms of craving sugar, I go through phases. I could have weeks of feeling no sugar urge,  and find it really easy. Then there’s other weeks, where I would literally kill for a packet of biscuits. It’s in those moments that I love knowing recipes like this, because they taste sweet, and they’re healthy too.

The bottom line is, you can eat these for breakfast, lunch, or as a healthy snack. They’re the perfect combination of protein and carbohydrate.
