I've recovered from a complete nervous breakdown, I love drinking coffee, and my favourite thing in life (apart from my family) is to help women enjoy being fit and healthy (oh, and also I love playing with my two Miniature Schnauzers, Buster and Ozzy)

Hi Ciara! Thanks for letting me know. It should disappear for you when you’ve clicked the ‘Complete Lesson’ button at the end of each Induction lesson. If it doesn’t, please let me know and I’ll get my web guy onto it ASAP.
I have done induction just need to get my head around it alot of great info. I tried to join Facebook page said waiting for admin to approve still can’t see it???
