5 Day Cardio & Core Workout Series
Hi! You are so very welcome to my 5 Day Cardio & Core Workout Series.
Each workout is 30 minutes long. Keep it slow and steady, go at a pace that you feel comfortable with and focus on winning your session. What I mean by that is, if you finish your workout and you feel amazing after it, you have won! Slow and steady is better than going too fast.
If there’s an exercise you can’t do, simply switch to one you enjoy or feel more comfortable doing. The same principle applies if you feel a niggle or pain anywhere, simply switch the exercise and keep moving! Get sweaty and enjoy your workout. Switch to low impact if the high impact exercises are too much.
Cardio & Core workouts are brilliant! They’re excellent for getting your metabolism high, brilliant for helping you burn fat and rest and they get you so fit and strong You'll also improve your core strength.
