Hi! You are so very welcome to my 7 Day Series of 30 minute fat burning home workouts for women.

Each workout is 30 minutes long. Keep it slow and steady, go at a pace that you feel comfortable with and focus on winning your session. What I mean by that is, if you finish your workout and you feel amazing after it, you have won! Slow and steady is better than going so fast you feel bad.

If there’s an exercise you can’t do, don’t use it as a stick to beat yourself with, simply switch to one you enjoy or feel more comfortable doing. The same principle applies if you feel a niggle or pain anywhere… no big deal.. simply switch the exercise and keep moving! Get sweaty and enjoy your workout.

This style of workouts are brilliant. They help build lean muscle in your body, which in turn gives you a high metabolism and helps you burn lots of fat at rest. They’re also fantastic for getting strong muscles and bones. You'll get healthy, fit and lean with these workouts, and if you love them and want to continue to have them in your life, you need only do them 3 times per week. Add in a couple of walks and healthy eating and you'll be so fit and healthy.

Take it one day at a time and remember it's only 30 minutes of your day. 30 minutes!... and you can get so fit and healthy... and feel so good.

Each workout is 30 minutes long. Keep it slow and steady, go at a pace that you feel comfortable with and focus on winning your session. What I mean by that is, if you finish your workout and you feel amazing after it, you have won! Slow and steady is better than going so fast you feel bad.

Switch to low impact if the high impact exercises are too much.

You can do all 5 in a week, or else aim to do 3 and get some walks under your belt too.
