Hi guys! I hope you’re having a great day, and keeping really well!

When I was 42 pounds heavier, I wasn’t cooking my own meals. I was turning to things like sandwiches to keep me going, lots of coffee, and frozen stuff.  If you work long hours, you can still cook healthy food.

You just need to be a little bit strategic, and plan before you hit the shops. I know it’s hard with kids, career, family, but if you can get solid on about 6 recipes, and cook double, every time you do cook, you’ll be sorted.
