What is Semi-Private Training?

Very similar to one-to-one coaching, semi-private training combines all the one-to-one attention of private training, with working out in a group of 2-4 women. Each session is very tailored to each individual in the session, and is by far our most popular program.

The private nutrition coaching and assessments, ensure you get the personal one-to-one time you need, keeping you on track and working towards the goals you set out at the initial consultation.
