Do you obsess on the scales? Worry about a few pounds of extra weight? Yo-yo in your weight quite often?
I used to be like ALL OF THE ABOVE. And it was very hard work. There is nothing lazy or easy about the above. It takes up all your time and energy, leaving very little room for anything else.
I’ve changed. It took time, but I’ve changed. And I want to help you change, because I know, once you get the knack, it’s super easy. So I want to speed things up for you. Put all the knowledge I’ve learned, the courses I’ve done, that has transformed me, into this blog post, so you can change, grow, transform, and never have to worry about your weight again.
Losing weight, getting fit, and staying in shape in a multi-billon pound industry. And the weight loss industry doesn’t want you to change. It wants you to always have weight to lose, so you keep buying their products. So it doesn’t fix the true problem you have.
Losing weight is not the problem, and these type of companies, don’t want to get to the heart of the problem, which is your mindset.
And changing your mindset and how you view things can actually happen overnight, with a simple shift in your thought process.
You can go from feeling negative, and obsessive about getting fit and healthy, or you can view it as the most beautiful thing in the world. And all that is, is a mindset shift.
Working out, is an incredible gift, not all of us are blessed with. It makes us feel good, and helps us be a part of something. It empowers you, makes you strong and helps fit against disease. Your life is better in every way when you workout. It is the most beautiful thing you can do for yourself.
Eating well and nourishing your body is also a blessing. Changing your attitudes to food, and being truly grateful for having a healthy, functioning body, changes your mindset on how you eat. You don’t deprive yourself when you eat healthy, you are nourishing yourself and loving yourself. and when you binge and make bad food choices, you’re just not taking care of yourself.
Writing down every day, no matter time, how grateful you are, how much exercise is a blessing, and how lucky you are to eat healthy food, has mind-blowing mental shifts. Get a journal, and for 5 days every week, Monday to Friday, write down how grateful you are to be able to workout, and how grateful you are to eat healthy food.
You will transform if you do this. Your mindset will change and you will change how you view exercise and healthy food. Your whole world will open up to new possibilites, leaving you to #feelgood, to want to workout, to want to feel strong and fit.
You’ll have more time to focus on other stuff, you’ll stop obsessing, you won’t yo-yo anymore. You’ll feel amazing. You’ll get so routined. You’ll get all the benefits from consistently working out, which is your clothes fitting great, you feeling good, having loads of energy, your skin hair and nails looking great, feeling calm, less stressed, more healthy, more in control, I could go on.
It’s mind-blowing the change that will happen inside of you.
It truly changes you as a person, helping you to become consistent with your workouts, helps you make good food choices, and helps you be consistently fit and healthy.
