I’ve been training Galway women for 10 years now and you know what I see as the one of you’re biggest frustrations, if you;re trying to lose weight? WEIGHING YOURSELF.

Never have I come cross anything more de-moralising when it comes to weight loss!

Heres whats’s going to happen when you stop weighing yourself:

The way you see yourself will change;

You will not judge yourself by your weight. And you may just view yourself in a positive light. YOu won;t use your weight as a stick to beat yourself with. You will be free.

You’ll be free of a burden:

When you see that you’ve lost weight on the scales, it can cause you to skip a workout and eat bad food. Equally, when you see you’re up a few pounds, your mood changes, and you may go into deprivation mood. EUGH. Get off that rollercoaster.

You”ll start to define your health by other things;

How well are you sleeping? Did you do great in that session? How good are you feeling? Aren’t your clothes feeling great!

You’ll like your body more:

You’ll view your body in . positive light. A healthy, beautiful, capable body:
