10 Daily Practices That Will Improve The Quality Of Your Life

Not setting goals is a mistake many people make, and the reason why so many of us hit our 40’s and 50’s and start to feel dissatisfied with how our lives are mapping out. The good news is, it is never to late to improve and change things around.

I personally have quarterly goals, one, three and five years goals, and I look at them on my vision board and in my notepad every single day. Let me give you an example of how powerful this exercise is.

I’ve been in business eight years, the first six years, it was just myself, working back to back personal training sessions, in a room I rented out in Leisureland, and then Barna.

The last two years we have grown to a team of seven, because in 2014, I began to set goals.

WOW.

So to keep it simple, I am going to list 10 habits you can implement RIGHT AWAY to improve your life.

I challenge each and every one of you, to do one, two three, or all of these habits for 30 days and tell me how much your life has transformed.

  • Read 10 pages every night of a personal development book. I recommend ‘Starts with Y’ by Simon Sinek.
  • Read ‘Miracle Morning’ by Hal Elrod, and implement the 30 Day Challenge right away. You need to get up half an hour earlier every day, and complete the six LIFE SAVERS.
  •  Take part in a Fitness Challenge, every quarter of the year. Good ideas can be found on runireland and also on the Gael Force website.
  • Workout 3 times per week.
  • Eat clean 80% of the time, enjoying a treat night every week.
  • Create a Vision Board, mapping out with photos where you want to be in 12 months time. Look at your vision board for a few minutes every day.
  • Create a 5, 3, and 1 year vision. Where you do want to be? What needs to happen in year 1, and by year 3, for you to hit your 5 year vision?
  • Write down what your perfect day would look like. Document every single detail, so you can start working towards making it happen.
  • List 10 things you want to accomplish in 2016, and a deadline date for each one. These are your 10 commandments, and you must not break them. Keep them realistic and measurable.
  • Celebrate your successes, not matter how small. Take stock along the way, and acknowledge when you have hit a goal.

To your success,

Jessica X
